Rajesh Girme did M.Sc in Cytogenetic and plant breeding from Pune University and was a topper in the subject. Immediately after post graduation he joined the most reputed Tea Company in Assam. He worked in the industry for more than 25 years. After leaving Assam Mr Girme brought Golds Gym to Nasik. The project started out of his passion for Fitness & Sports but Golds Nasik soon developed to be the most happening place for all fitness enthusiasts in the city. He also was a pioneer in introducing cardio kickboxing and mma based fitness workouts through Daniel Isaac in the city. Mr Girme now leads the AMMAI judging panel at National and International events.

Though he leads the Human Resources organization for a corporate in his regular nine to five job , he is just not your conventional HR professional. As Ashish puts it ' A corporate job by chance.....MMA fighter by choice'. Ashish has been a hadcore follower of mixed martial arts all his life and has only been training with Tiger's Gym and Evolution MMA for the last few months. Having a decade of successful experience in Judo at both state and national levels , he has moved on from being just a mixed martial arts enthusiast to a thorough bred believer of the game. Part of Ashish's responsibility is to empower mma gyms with high standards of training for fighters as well as to develop the mma space in the rural sector.

Mohan Singh works with Sterling & Wilson Ltd. as Associate Vice President –HR. He has been practicing martial art for 22 years and holds Black Belt 5th Dan in Karate and is also the country chief for Kimura Shukokai Karate in India. Singh is also a decorated kickboxer and has represented the country numerous time at international events. He is a trained and certified senior member of the AMMAI officials squad and leads the judges panel at MMA events in India.

'The media man' as they call him is a diehard fan and follower of Mixed Martial Arts. A corporate communications and PR professional by domain, Gaurav has been associated with Tigers gym and Evolution MMA for a year. He is an MMA enthusiast and has been training notably under Daniel Isaac for the last six months. As a member of the AMMAI Gaurav handles new memberships for mma officials in India.

"BPO BADBOY" Marik as his name suggests is a BPO manager who also is a MMA fighter. Introduced to MMA by his friend and partner Jitendra Khare, he started training under the expert guidance of Pioneer of Indian MMA Mr Daniel Isaac & Alan "The Bull" Fenandes. A steady job was not sufficient for this action loving mechanical engineer who has 2 amateur fight wins to his name. He has featured in articles in "The Hindustan Times", "The BPO Cult" and "Time Out". As a part of AMMAI Sudipto co-ordinates events between the promoters and the Association.
